Barker Adams is BVI law firm with longstanding ties to the British Virgin Islands.

Mr. Lionel Barker and Mr. Stephen Adams launched the Firm in 2009. Each have been active in the legal and financial services industry for considerable time. Mr Barker was one the most senior practitioners in the BVI, being the first president of the BVI Bar Association (1976-1982) and was at one time the Attorney General for the British Virgin Islands. Sadly, Mr. Barker passed away in January 2010. Mr. Adams first moved to the BVI in 1998 and has been since then actively involved in the legal and financial services industry in the BVI.

The Firm prides itself on providing responsive and professional results oriented advice and has a reputation for providing high quality and innovative legal advice to primarily an international client base. The Firm focuses solely on providing corporate and commercial advice and the associated litigation advice.

Barker Adams provides for the formation of BVI companies and partnerships, and offers registered office, registered agent and secretarial services for such entities through its associated trust company and company manager, ABM Corporate Services, Ltd.
